Privacy Policy
MH Insights is an analytics service operated by MH Intelliforge ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle, why, and how we protect it.
Who we serve
We provide dashboards and reports to e-commerce businesses ("clients"). Clients connect their own accounts, such as their online store, analytics, advertising and shipping tools, and invite their own team members.
Information we handle
- Account information for client users: name, work email, role and sign-in activity.
- Business data that clients connect: orders, products, inventory, shipments, marketing spend and website analytics.
- Customer data within client orders, such as names, emails, phone numbers and addresses of the client's own customers. We process this only on the client's behalf to produce their reports.
- Access credentials (API keys and tokens) that clients provide to connect their tools.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: syncing and calculating each client's metrics, showing their dashboards, and sending reports, sign-in links, invitations and alerts that the client's users have chosen to receive. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share one client's data with another.
How we protect it
- Each client's data is stored in a separate database.
- Credentials and customer personal data are encrypted at the field level; all storage and backups are encrypted at rest, and all connections use HTTPS/TLS.
- Dashboards show totals and masked values; access to full customer details is limited to client administrators and is logged.
- We request read-only access to connected tools wherever the provider allows it.
Email and messaging
We send transactional messages only: sign-in links, invitations, scheduled reports and alerts to registered client users. Every report email includes an unsubscribe link, and WhatsApp reports are sent only to numbers that have opted in.
Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email) and Neon (managed databases), with data hosted in India where available, and the providers whose APIs clients choose to connect.
Retention and deletion
We keep client data for as long as the client uses the service. When a client leaves or asks us to, we delete their data and encryption keys, which also makes any remaining backups unreadable. Clients can ask us to correct or delete their users' information at any time.
Your rights
We aim to meet the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are a client's customer, please contact the business you bought from; we will support them in responding to your request.
